1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QR Hero ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on QR Hero's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service
• Harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmit obscene or offensive content
• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within QR Hero's web properties

3. Account Registration

When you create an account on QR Hero, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your content or account.

4. QR Codes and Campaigns

You retain all rights to content you create within QR Hero, including QR codes, campaigns, and associated metadata. By using the Service, you grant QR Hero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• All content you create complies with applicable laws and regulations
• You have the right to use any third-party materials included in your campaigns
• Your campaigns do not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Your campaigns do not contain malicious or deceptive content

5. Advertising and Monetization

QR Hero allows you to embed advertisements within your campaigns. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for all advertising content displayed in your campaigns
• Advertisements must comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards
• QR Hero is not liable for any damages arising from advertisement content
• Revenue sharing terms are governed by your subscription plan

6. Analytics and Tracking

QR Hero provides analytics regarding QR code scans, user engagement, and campaign performance. You acknowledge that:

• Analytics data is provided on an "as-is" basis
• QR Hero is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of analytics data
• You are responsible for complying with privacy laws when collecting and using analytics data

7. Payment and Billing

For paid subscription plans, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Keep your payment method current
• Pay all charges incurred under your account
• Submit payment disputes within 30 days of being charged

All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Billing cycles renew automatically unless cancelled.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service or unused portions of your subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QR Hero, its suppliers, or other parties mentioned on the Service be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on QR Hero's website, even if QR Hero or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on QR Hero's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. QR Hero does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. QR Hero may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

11. Modifications to Service

QR Hero may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. QR Hero may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice to users.

12. Termination

QR Hero may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, in its sole discretion, for any reason, including if QR Hero believes you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QR Hero operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
